COVID19 Update 3:

Our state’s Governor has announced some loosening of restrictions for businesses like ours, that have been deemed non-essential. The amended order will be allowing certain non-essential businesses to reopen in a limited capacity on Wednesday, April 29th. This amendment allows for resuming minimum basic operations, and allowing for a return of limited staff.

We we be working on resuming production of all orders in currently queue. New orders, for now,  currently are on an 8-12 week production window while we work to complete current orders as quickly as possible, and once practical, we will be adjusting the production schedule as we catch up. Thank you all again for your patience as we navigate these challenging times.

Kind regards,

Jeff

COVID19 Update 2:

Our state’s Governor has extended the “Safer at Home” order until May 26th due to concern over the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are among local businesses that are not considered essential, and our shop is temporarily required to close during the lockdown. While we are taking measures to minimize the impact to our clients, production times are unfortunately paused while the lockdown is in effect.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and post updates as they become available. As a small business, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you for supporting us during these unprecedented times. We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible and getting your masks to you as quickly as we can once we are legally able to reopen our shop. In the meantime, we are working to prep as much as is possible from home, so once we reopen, we are able to expedite production and get masks to our valued clients as quickly as possible.

Thank you all again for your support; it means so much now even more than ever. Stay safe and be well!

Kind regards,

Jeff Cox

COVID19 Update:

Unfortunately, the “Safer at Home” order in the state of Wisconsin and City of Milwaukee has closed all non-essential businesses. Right now, production will resume as normal (see below) as of April 24th. In stock masks ordered in the interim will ship within 2-3 days after the order has been lifted. Production for masks placed during the March of Madness Sale thankfully already began prior to the announcement, and we will be firing on all cylinders to get masks to our valued clients in as timely a fashion as possible  depending on when the order was placed, delivery will possibly still be within our normal 6-8 week window. Once the order is lifted, we will work with you all to set proper expectations if your mask is delayed. Rest assured, we value each and every one of you, from large orders to small ones. You make living our dream a reality, and now more than ever, we can’t thank you enough for supporting us.

King regards,

Jeff Cox

P.S. We are following this situation closely, as we all are, and should any changes to Governor Evers’ order be amended in a way that either positively or negatively impacts our production window, we will update you all here.
