Savage Silicone's Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our items, returns are not accepted. Similar to certain clothing items, it is not hygienic to resell a mask which has been worn by a customer. We hope you will understand that our customers safety and health are our main priority.

The only exception would be if we ship the wrong item, we will allow you to return the incorrect mask and we will replace it with the proper item. 

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer order cancellations, only swaps to another design. 

International Shipping Policy

Shipping internationally is at the buyers risk and we are not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred by the buyers for import.
